DJ Daddy A

Arnel Carrion, or Dj Daddy A, started his DJ career on FM radio in Mellow Touch 94.7 and 939 KCFM in the late 90’s. As a radio DJ for DWLL and DWKC, he had extensive experience as an Announcer On Board where he played music from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s, as well as Top 40 hits. He also helped produce several radio plugs and stingers during his tenure with both stations.

With his love for music, he went on to become a Party DJ and started honing his craft with 80’s & 90’s dance music; soon after, crossing over to other genres such as Hip Hop & RnB, EDM and Top 40.

In 2015, Arnel was hired as a Party DJ on a cruise ship in Miami where experienced playing other genres such as Reggaeton, Salsa, Mambo, Bachata, and other Latin music. Prior to the pandemic, he DJed in several bars around Metro Manila, and for corporate and private parties. Currently, Arnel works from home as a freelance voice-over artist for radio & tv commercials, as well as corporate events and AVP’s.
